Charity Classic

Date : Sunday, August 23, 2026
Location: Predator Ridge Resort

VJH Foundation Charity Classic is B.C.’s premier charity golf tournament, focused on transforming healthcare in our North Okanagan community.

This year’s tournament broke another record by raising over $600,000 for urgently needed medical equipment for Vernon Jubilee Hospital.

Equipment like a state-of-the-art Orthopedic Surgery Table. With six orthopedic surgeons performing over 600 hip surgeries annually, this advanced table enables less invasive routine procedures — like total hip replacements — as well as urgent, life-saving hip and femur fracture surgeries.

Thanks to the incredible support of generous sponsors and enthusiastic community participation, Charity Classic has raised more than $4.9 million over the past 17 years to support local healthcare.

2026 Fund-A-Need: Essential Equipment for VJH

Each year, we ask our medical teams:

“What equipment, if purchased today, would have the biggest impact on the quality of care delivered to patients in our region?”

These essential items form the heart of our Fund-A-Need portion of the Charity Classic evening program, where generous individuals create real-world change for patients, families, and neighbours right here in the North Okanagan.

This year’s answer to the question: an Orthopedic Surgery Table.

VJH Foundation Charity Classic raised over $600,000 this year. Patients and families at Vernon Jubilee Hospital can now benefit from urgently needed medical equipment — from vital signs machines to a state-of-the-art Orthopedic Surgery Table.
