Catered by the award-winning Gumtree Catering, featuring local Okanagan ingredients and ‘from-scratch’ recipes. Your meal will be paired with exquisite wines from the private cellar of David Service. Wine pairings will be curated by Dr. Chris Cunningham, whose expertise as a sommelier is rivaled only by his skill as a well-loved local physician.
