  • 2016 Sun FM Have a Heart Radiothon

    The 13th Annual SUN FM Have a Heart Radiothon held April 28th at Village Green Centre in Vernon & Askew’s Foods in Armstrong raised $62,100 for a Central Monitoring System for kids at VJH.

    Last year, the Foundation provided $1,418,635 for equipment, programs and training for IH-managed residential care facilities, community health services and Vernon Jubilee Hospital.

  • VJH Pharmacy

    VJH Foundation contributed $97,000 to the $2.2 million VJH Pharmacy which opened September 2015. The Foundation purchased much-needed equipment including a chemo fridge, pass-through fridge, and fume hoods, enhancing the standard of care at VJH.

    We did it! Thanks to the generosity of the North Okanagan community and beyond, the Building a Tower of Care Campaign, Phase II was a great success, surpassing our $2.5 million goal in less than two years!

    VJH Foundation funds residential facilities in Armstrong, Enderby, Lumby and Vernon, including seniors’ day programs, health-related support groups and patient comforts.
