DO IT FOR DAD RUN & WALK Come out & Run and Walk in support of the Do It For Dad event planned for Father's Day, June 17th - 2012 at Coldstream Ranch. VJHF CHARITY GOLF CLASSIC AUGUST 11 & 12, 2012 The 3rd annual Charity Classic is being held at the prestigious Predator Ridge, on the Predator Course. This event will continue to support medical equipment needs for Vernon Jubilee Hopsital. The tournament is limited to 33 teams and 132 golfers. Don't miss out and sign up early. The Gala Dinner will take place on Saturday Evening August 11 with the golf happening on the Predator Course on Sunday August 12th. Vernon Dragon Boat Festival & Pledge Drive Vernon Rowing and Paddling Centre has teamed up with the Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation to help fight Breast Cancer right here in Vernon. The Festival takes place Saturday August 13th on Kalamalka Lake. Pledge Forms are coming soon & there are prizes to be won as well! Stay tuned. All pledges are donated directly to the Vernon Jubilee Hospital Foundation's fund that is going towards the purchase of valuable equipment that will aid in the fight against Breast Cancer. 2012 Target - $10,000 How to Donate Registration is now open and dragon boat teams are encouraged to contact GO for registration and information on the VDBF.
