The Lornghorn Pub presents the 2nd Annual ROCK FOR CARE in support of the Building a Tower of Care campaign.  12 noon to midnight, bands include Indecision; Flying Weekenders; Colt 45; Moni Funk & Groove Machine, the Bone; Floyd Vedan Band,Orio; Sunwash; Hip Replacement; Colt 45; Moni Funk;  Free admission or by Donation.

"Radiothon"

 This year the event will once again be held on Thursday, April 29th from 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM at the Village Green Mall.  The event continues to raise funds in support of the Mat/Child Department. Groups are encouraged to start their fund raising early; cheques or cash may be deliver to SunFM on location and the donation can be recognized on air.   All individual donations of $20 or more are eligible for receipts for income tax purposes.

 Do It For Dad - RUN & WALK

Come out & Run and Walk in support of the Do It For Dad event planned for Father's Day, June 20th at

Coldstream Ranch.  This is a fun event for the whole family, and is held at a site that is rarely open to the public.  Registration forms will be ready by early May. For more info phone the Foundation Office at 250-558-1362.

The fist annual Charity Classic is being held at the prestigious Predator Ridge, home of the 2008 TELUS World Skins Game! This inaugural event will support medical equipment needs for the new patient Care Tower. The tournament is limited to 36 teams and 144 players. Don't miss out and sign up early.
